612 Games, the developers of Wild West Online recently took to the game’s official forums to announce changes to the game’s character creator.
More character models have been added to the base choices. Skin and hair colour can be further tweaked to fine tune your in-game avatar. See it in action in the video below.
The studio has also implemented the option to delete and rename characters due to popular request. Newly created characters must exist for 48 hours prior to deleting them (the timeout can be changed going forward). You can rename any character, anytime, for a nominal in-game currency fee.
Finally, you can choose a faction to join as well. Only two are available Gunslinger or Trailblazer, for now.
All these changes are in preparation for the next upcoming Alpha patch. More information should be forthcoming in the coming weeks concludes the forum post.
