Valve has officially released their Big Picture mode for Steam, allowing users to access all their Steam related content on their TV. All you have to do is connect your PC to the TV via an HDMI cable and you can then proceed to browse your Steam library, purchase games off Steam or even surf the net using nothing but your controller. Of course, if you prefer a mouse and keyboard, Big Picture mode supports these devices as well.
To celebrate the launch of their Big Picture mode, Valve’s carrying out an impromptu sale for “controller friendly” games that include The Left 4 Dead series, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, The Amazing Spiderman and lots more all the way till December 10th.
