It is much in vogue for multi-player centric titles these days to give us a taste of their gameplay in the form of an Open Beta. In that vein, EA’s Star Wars Battlefront 2 is getting the same treatment.
The game is being developed by Dice, veterans of the Battlefield franchise, Mirror’s Edge and the rebooted Star Wars Battlefront of 2015.
The Open Beta will be available on Sony’s PlayStation 4, Microsoft’s Xbox One and Windows PC platform with early access from tomorrow onwards for those who have pre-purchased the game. It should go live around 1330 Hours IST. Even after being one of the most anticipated Open Beta’s to be held, the game is not available for pre-load.
The Beta will be available for all from the 6th of October onwards (1330 Hours IST) until the 9th of October (2130 Hours IST).
