Nintendo doesn’t seem too pleased with the 3DS sales, and the inevitable has happened. Nintendo 3DS will get a price drop starting from August 11. The portable is currently available for 25,000 yen in Japan, and after the price cut, the new MRP will be 15,000 yen.
Nintendo has announced 10 free virtual NES games for the early adopters. The markdown could be as much as $60 in the US, bringing the system’s price to $190 from the current $250 price point.
