Microsoft has just announced a new wireless headset and a media remote for the Xbox 360. Both are Bluetooth operated devices. The wireless headset is compatible with any Bluetooth-enabled device such as a PC or a mobile phone. It looks glossy, but the design is not all that different from the Bluetooth headsets currently available in the market.
The media remote includes all the standard controls for navigating through CD/DVD/streamed media. In addition to this, the media remote also houses TV controls and the standard Xbox 360 controller buttons, including the D-pad. The new wireless headset and media remote will be available worldwide by November, and will be priced at $59.99 and $19.99 respectively in the US.
