The Road To Milan tournament, through which one Indian PES 2016 player would represent India at the PES League world finals, saw its national final held in Mumbai on March 18 and 19.
Mumbai based Aniruddh Joshi took top honours after competing against 32 other winners from offline tournaments across India and from PESLeague.com.
Joshi will now represent India at the world finals in Milan.
“I cannot express how happy I am. I have been a PES player for 12 years and every year the game offers something new to the fans. After winning the Mumbai qualifier, I practised every single day and it has paid off,” said Joshi, adding, “It will be an honour to represent India in Milan and I will work harder to do well there.”
