SCEE has nonchalantly published Move Street Cricket as a downloadable game on the Playstation Store. While the physical copy of the game retails at around Rs 1,499, the PSN release is priced around Rs 870. However, Sony has said that the PSN price is not final and will be raised to around Rs 1,099.
Developed by Trine Games, Move Street Cricket is the successor to Street Cricket Champions on PS2. As its name suggests, the game is fully functional with the Playstation Move controller in all aspects of its gameplay and will follow classic Indian gully cricket panache. The game will not carry any official licenses though.
Street Cricket Champions fans have been eagerly anticipating the game ever since it was announced last year for its next-gen visuals and to experience the first cricket game to fully support motion controlled gaming.
