A couple of days ago, we announced the winners in nine of our Game of the Year 2013 categories, as voted for by the IVG community, and also the winner of our GOTY contest and a brand new PS4. It’s now time to crown IVG’s Game of the Year 2013.
There were no nominations for this category, since we wanted the overall games of the year to be chosen by the gamers themselves. So we asked each participant to pick their top five games of the year. We received over 10,000 entries, which we then compiled to arrive at our overall top games of the year.
So here are IVG’s Overall Top 10 Games of 2013 in descending order:

So there it is – Grand Theft Auto V is IVG’s Game of the Year 2013, but we must mention that this was an incredibly close vote, with Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us only narrowly missing out on the top spot.
