Ghost Recon: Breakpoint open beta kicks off this weekend; pre-load available now

Your chance to try the game out a week before launch.

Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, the latest in Ubisoft’s tactical third-person shooter franchise will be getting an open beta this weekend across Xbox One, PS4 and PC, and you can pre-load the beta on any of those platforms beginning today.

This beta  – that weighs in at around 15 GB will allow players to experience five story missions – and a few side-quests, spread out over Breakpoint’s fictional island of Auroa. Besides the story driven content – that by the way you’ll be able to play cooperatively with three other players, you could also try out Breakpoint’s 4v4 PVP mode called Ghost War. Keep in mind though; your progress from the beta will not transfer over to the retail version of the game.

Breakpoint is available October 4, 2019 in three editions, with pricing and details for each mentioned below:

Ghost Recon Breakpoint Aurora Edition – Price Rs 3,999

Ghost Recon Breakpoint Gold Edition – Price Rs 6,299:
– Year 1 Pass – Special Creations Pack, Siren’s Call Mission, Deep State – Adventure, Transcendence – Adventure, 3 classes early unlock
– 3 days early access, from October 1

Ghost Recon Breakpoint Ultimate Edition – Price Rs 6,799:

– Ultimate Pack – Survivor Pack, Sacred Land Pack, Off-Road Pack
– 3 days early access, from October 1
