Developer Sucker Punch has announced Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, a story driven – as well as a wave based co-operative mode for Ghost of Tsushima.
Legends will be available as a stand-alone update for all owners of Ghost of Tsushima this Fall. That being said, you will still need PS+ to play this game online with friends. The new update will boast of two distinct modes – one being a two player story driven co-operative mode, while the second will be a four player wave based horde mode of sorts where you and your team will tackle tougher waves of enemies. In both of the modes, you’ll be able to play as one of four classes – Samurai, Hunter, Ronin, or Assassin. Each of these classes will have their own attributes and special abilities that haven’t been shown off yet. Besides these two modes, a much tougher four player Raid will also arrive shortly after the launch of Legends.
If you haven’t tried it already, Ghost of Tsushima is a thoroughly entertaining open-world game that’s as gorgeous as a painting come to life.
