Far Cry 4 has just been announced by Ubisoft, and it will release this year itself.
The open-world first-person shooter will be headed to PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360 on 21st November. It is being developed by Ubisoft Montreal in collaboration with Ubisoft’s Red Storm Entertainment, Ubisoft Toronto, Ubisoft Shanghai, and Ubisoft Kiev.
The game is set in a place called Kyrat, “a breathtaking, perilous and wild region of the Himalayas struggling under the regime of a despotic self-appointed king”.
Ubisoft has also announced preorders for the Far Cry 4 Limited Edition, which will include three bonus single-player missions starring Hurk from Far Cry 3’s DLC.
