This weekend, developer CD Projekt Red released an in-depth 15 minute gameplay video of their highly anticipated action-RPG, Cyberpunk 2077.
This new gameplay video highlighted two distinct play styles; all out aggression and stealth. All out aggression had the player gunning everyone down in sight, while the stealth gameplay played out like Deus Ex or Watchdogs where players can hack into various objects to gain an advantage on the battlefield.
For all the hype surrounding the game, Cyberpunk 2077 did seem fairly standard for a modern day RPG, and so far we haven’t’ seen anything that other games haven’t done yet. Then again, the game’s world building is its biggest asset, and we won’t be able to comment on that till we’ve actually played the game.
