During the Playstation 4 conference held yesterday, Braid creator Jonathan Blow revealed his next game, The Witness. The Witness is a densely-packed open world, free form puzzle game that is said to feature two to three gameplay elements within twenty seconds of walking anywhere within the world.
Previously revealed as a PC game a few years ago, Blow said that The Witness will be exclusive to Playstation 4 during the ‘”launch window”, hinting that it might well be a timed exclusive for the next generation platform. Other than a trailer, no other details were shared about the game.
Sony has said in a press release that The Witness will be exclusive to PS4 on consoles.
