It seems the PS3 version of Assassin’s Creed 3 will ship with an hour of additional, exclusive content that won’t be available on the Xbox 360 or PC versions. This information was made available after the game’s box art surfaced on Amazon (UK) today.
Details are scarce at the moment, but we’re guessing this ties in to Sony’s announcement at E3 2012 that the PS3 version of Assassin’s Creed 3 will feature four exclusive single-player levels. This could be a timed exclusive for Sony, which means the content may come to other platforms at a later date.
