I got this game a couple of weeks back and I can verify that this is one value for money game. I wont go into the usual review; you can catch it at the usual places:

http://ps3.ign.com/articles/112/1129952p1.html

IGN gives it a "passable" 6.0 which I think is a bit unfair considering that this game is definitely more fun filled than the other shooters out there (yes, I've played Time Crisis, let me come to that in a little while).

Bad points first:

1. Extraordinarily long load times, but I got used to those

2. The game maybe a bit short for most people 5 stages with around 4 levels each and each level can be played thru in about 10-15 mins.

3. Generic wood cutouts for enemies. No blood.

4. Irritating director keeps shouting for no good reason.

5. Average Graphics (though I still found them interesting)

Good points:

1. I found that the game was challenging. Its not like TC Razing Storm where u keep the trigger pressed and only have to shoot off screen to reload (though there is a convenient reload button which makes that even easier). The Shoot requires you to take precise aim and shoot. Everytime you miss, your multiplier goes down (and if you dont get a certain score, you cant proceed to the next level). Some enemies takes multiple shots to kill and you need to get a headshot to get thru these in a single shot.

Oh, and the in-game accuracy is pretty good.

2. The enemies are fixed, so you wont get random spawns, but are cleverly placed so dont expect to get a perfect score even in your 3 or 4th attempt. So are civies whom you really cant afford to shoot. You may need to "rescue" some of them by shooting of their chains without shooting them, which can be a challenge.

3. Enemies shoot back. This mechanic really pleased me becos some of the events are bullet-time like where you can lean right/left to avoid the incoming knife/pickaxe/bullets/missiles etc. and shoot back at the same time.

4. Powerups which ought to be used at the right time if you want to rack up the required score and have to be activated by an action (u've all played the demo, right?)

5. Quickdraw sequences where u need to point ur controller down and "draw" when u get the prompt.

6. Replayability. Apart from the fact that getting the prerequisite score is going to force u to play levels again, there are some hidden events that can triggered to get some interesting outcomes as well as bits of a poster u need to find and shoot to complete the Challenge section.

7. Trophies

Overall, I'd rate this game at least a 7.5/10 if not 8. And for the price, I think its worth every paisa. A good wind-down game. And probably would be even more fun if played local co-op.
