Another isometric-view Zombie killer?!

The concept sounds new but what impact does it make on the gameplay? Would levels be different based on the country or for that matter, the region itself?

What would have even more awesome is if they could have somehow picked up the data from, say Google Maps, digitised the locations and have those serve as the levels for the game. That would have been amazing! I am sure something like this can be pulled of in a few more years.

Wouldn't it be a hoot if all the gamers playing the game out of Germany are able to destroy every single zombie and then the games ends for them...forever...or until the next outbreak.

There's already a game on PSN called the Last Guy that uses Google maps as levels. It doesn't completely digitize the levels though, just recognizes roads and alleyways around buildings.

Yeah, I was thinking more like the isometric view maps that Google offers. Take those and then digitise them on the fly, nothing too fancy, just get the street layouts and use the maps to determine what kind of building exist there and then have the game populate the level with that kind of buildings.
