Yep. East is good for business but not living. As for migration, it used to be the case but it is slowing down as China is doing quite well economy and living wise. Some Chinese will migrate but wont be as desperate as Indians.

Most Indians will NOT choose China over west even if they understand Chinese language. They just love to compare but many will think twice before living in China.
