Lack of CoD exclusivity was definitely a catalyst & Disney obviously has a say in Indie. But games Like Doom,Outer Worlds have nothing to with any other corporate or regulators other than M$. The shear meaning of announcing them day & date with Xbox means that they just can’t do what they did with HiFi Rush etc. They can’t cheat ppl by hiding the fact that they are either day1 or year1 on Playstation aswell. Something that they have mastered since the early Xbox Era. Sony has clearly laid down some conditions if they want to publish their games on Playstation going forth.
