Metal Gear Solid 5 – that includes Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain – is headed to PC.
Both installments are already listed on Steam, and although you can’t preorder them just yet, go ahead and add them to your wish list – Ground Zeroes, The Phantom Pain.
While Metal Gear Rising: Rvengeance made it to the PC earlier this year, this will be the first mainline Metal Gear Solid game to release on PC since Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance over a decade ago.
The announcement was made by creator Hideo Kojima at a live stream event at Gamescom, where he also spoke about more about Metal Gear Solid 5. He also spoke a bit about the new Silent Hill game he’s working on, saying that he wanted to create a game that would “make you shit your pants”.
Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes is out now for consoles (our review), with The Phantom Pain set for release in early 2015. No release information has been revealed for either on PC.
