Activision’s wildly successful Skylanders franchise has finally made its way to India.
The Skylanders series of games is unique in that it allows players to purchase a variety of toy figures, which can interact with the game itself.
The first Skylanders game – Spyro’s Adventure, is now available in India in a starter pack, which includes the game (for Xbox 360 or PS3) along with three toy figures to get you started. The starter pack is priced at Rs 2,999.
Twelve additional toy figures, namely Whirlwind, Voodood, Ignitor, Flameslinger, Double Trouble, Warnado, Lightning Rod, Camo, Drobot, Hex, Dino-Rang, and Zook, are also available for Rs 599 each.
Alternatively, you can buy the toys in sets of three, priced at Rs 1,499 each.
Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure and its line of toys are available through select Game4u and Games The Shop outlets. Flipkart only has the starter pack listed. Here’s a list of stores where you can pick up Skylanders:
