Ubisoft is set to reveal the new Assassin’s Creed game on 12th May live at 9:30 pm Indian time.
Leaked footage last year revealed that the game will be set in Victorian London, with gameplay featuring iconic city structures like Big Ben and St. Paul’s Cathedral, and fights on top of carriages.
While the game was called Assassin’s Creed: Victory in that leaked footage, rumour has it that the game is now called Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate. We’ll know for sure on Monday, when Ubisoft is set to host some sort of live stream to reveal the game.
Ubisoft has confirmed that its Quebec studio is busy developing the game, but no release date or platforms have been mentioned yet.
If you’re itching for new Assassin’s Creed, a 2D spin on the franchise, Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China released last month (our review here), with Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India and Russia) coming soon.
Watch the teaser for the new AC game below, which suggests that the new game could feature a Steampunk style.
