Mumbai will host the Asia E-Sports Cup national finals for Counter-Strike 1.6 this weekend at Hawre Fantasia Mall, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
The qualifiers have been going on in 14 cities, and now , the winners will converge upon Mumbai during on the 11th and the 12th of August to decide which team represents India at the CYAC Asia e-Sports Cup in Japan.
This event is being organised by Rapture Gaming India, and here’s the schedule for this weekend:
Day 1 (11th August)
- Registration 10 am – 12:30 pm
- Opening ceremony 12:30 – 1:00 pm
- Draws with 32 Brackets (will be available on the CYAC Website) – 1:00 pm
- Start of the games 1:15 pm
- 3 Simultaneous matches with 1 stage match
- Knockout format
- Day ends with the last 8 selected
Day 2 (12th August)
- Last 8 start quarter finals (Two simultaneous matches) – 11 am
- Semi finals start simultaneously at 2:30 pm
- Finals and third place matches start simultaneously (finals on stage) – 5 pm
- Closing and prize ceremony – 7:00 pm
