He says that he never recieved any activation mail. He had already checked his Spam and other folders and also tried resending the activation email again and again but still nothing worked out. He has even tried contacting you at staff@ivg.com but it seems that nothing worked out. So he has asked me for the help. He's a new joinee in PS4 Owner's Club and very keen on joining this forum.
