Second, tampering seal of game box and giving steam key early is not a good decision/thing to do. Go digital if you plan to play on day 1. There is delay in india physical release .Regarding going digital it's like a lot more expensive for Indians to go digital so no please. And how come namco Doesnt have to do with it anything .....doesn't it have foreign marketing executives who handle these stuff.or does namco don't have one looking after third world countries. Once the game is shipped to retailers, they (publishers) don't control anything other than informing about release date to retailers. The box also contains game DVDs with content on it. The key is inside the box, and so, one cannot give the key without tampering the box. Retail will always has these kind of issues, everywhere (minor delays from retailers or due to shipping or different country rules and stuff). One reason I haven't got retail box since Diablo III (that too was purely for the box ) It all comes down to time vs. money. PS: There are other digital options than steam.
