We’re very happy to finally introduce IVG Tournaments, something our members have been requesting for a long, long time. Starting this month, IVG will conduct two tournaments every month – one for Xbox 360 over Xbox LIVE, and one for PlayStation 3 over PSN. Once there is more interest, we also hope to start monthly tournaments for PC gamers.
IVG Tournaments will be meticulously organised and executed by the IVG community and will cover the most popular online multiplayer games on Xbox 360 and PS3, including Gears of War 2, Halo 3, and Killzone 2. And with games like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, FIFA 10, Halo 3: ODST, and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves on the horizon, we hope to include as many different games as possible into our tournaments.
We’re also working on roping in sponsors for all our tournaments, so participants have more to fight for than just bragging rights.
We start things off with one of the most popular multiplayer games amongst the IVG community – Killzone 2. Registrations for this 24-player, 6-team tournament are underway now and will continue till September 10. The tournament itself will kick off on September 12 and will carry on into the first week of October.

Maps: Tharsis Depot, Radec Academy, & Blood Gracht
Missions: All default settings (no modifications allowed)
Weapons: Everything enabled

Radar: On when firing
