While the single-player campaign may have left a lot to be desired, co-op has been the biggest selling point for Resistance 2, Insomniac’s PS3-exclusive first-person shooter. The class-based co-operative mode allows up to 8 players to take to various maps and complete objectives that change on the fly. The co-op mode carried forward the large scale of the single-player campaign, with difficulty and number of enemies changing according to the number of co-op members. This fresh take on co-op earns Resistance 2 IVG’s vote for Best Use of Co-Op.
